Schedulers, availability and cooldowns#

UltimateRaids supports both when a raid is allowed and when the server should automatically open/start it.

Raid availability#

Inside a raid definition:

availability:
  enabled: true
  timezone: 'America/Sao_Paulo'
  days: [SATURDAY, SUNDAY]
  windows:
    - '18:00-23:00'

If enabled, availability is part of normal admission/start checks. Validation catches invalid timezones and warns when days/windows are empty.

Cooldowns#

Raid cooldowns can be scoped to:

  • PLAYER
  • GROUP
  • GLOBAL

and can trigger on:

  • START
  • COMPLETE

Example:

cooldowns:
  player:
    duration: 10m
    trigger: COMPLETE
  group:
    duration: 15m
    trigger: COMPLETE
  global:
    duration: 30s
    trigger: START

Players with ultimateraids.bypass.cooldowns bypass normal player/group/global cooldown checks.

Create a scheduler#

/uraid scheduler create weekend_crypt ancient_crypt

Then edit it with the GUI:

/uraid scheduler gui

or direct path edits:

/uraid scheduler edit weekend_crypt timezone America/Sao_Paulo
/uraid scheduler edit weekend_crypt enabled true

Other commands:

/uraid scheduler list
/uraid scheduler run weekend_crypt
/uraid scheduler enable weekend_crypt
/uraid scheduler disable weekend_crypt
/uraid scheduler delete weekend_crypt
/uraid scheduler reload

Scheduler YAML#

A schedule supports:

  • FIXED or RANDOM selection;
  • a single raid and/or raid pool;
  • timezone;
  • days;
  • one or more HH:mm times;
  • OPEN_LOBBY or FORCE_START;
  • optional origin;
  • minimum online players;
  • announcement offsets such as 10m, 5m, 1m, 30s;
  • cancel-empty-after.

Bundled example:

selection: RANDOM
raid: example
raids: [example]
timezone: 'America/Sao_Paulo'
days: [SATURDAY, SUNDAY]
times: ['20:00', '22:00']
start-mode: OPEN_LOBBY
minimum-online: 2
announcements: [10m, 5m, 1m, 30s]
cancel-empty-after: 2m

Recovery window#

The global scheduler recovery window lets the plugin recover/consider recently missed scheduler executions after restart rather than silently losing the expected event window.
