CapColors addon#

CapColors adds editable KOTH color presentation to the KOTH administration GUI. It exposes KOTH color placeholders and uses the selected color icon in its configured GUI item.

It is a presentation/customization addon: if capture logic fails, troubleshoot UltimateKoth itself first.
