KothDiscordIntegration addon#

KothDiscordIntegration sends UltimateKoth lifecycle information to Discord webhooks. The supplied events include addon start/stop, KOTH capture, KOTH start, KOTH end and scheduler start errors.

It does not run KOTH events itself; it observes UltimateKoth events and publishes formatted webhook messages.
